Automation

Automation is the deterministic half of the Funanga platform. It runs without a model in the loop. Triggers start a process when a record changes, schedules run it at a fixed time, and rules decide which branch applies. Connectors carry the work between ERP, CRM, ticketing and mail. If a downstream system is down, the step is retried and then held for review.

A dashboard shows what ran, what failed and what is waiting. Automation handles what is predictable, agents handle what is not, and both write to the same audit trail.

Predictable work runs on its own, with every run logged and every failure visible.

What starts a run and where it actsA run starts from an event in a connected system, from a schedule or from a rule. The platform carries it out with error handling and retries, and acts back in the systems the company already runs.STARTS WITHAn eventA scheduleA ruleAutomation runError handling and retriesACTS INERPCRMTicketingMail
