Platform

Funanga builds the software layer that lets a company run its own processes with AI, without rebuilding its systems. A mid-sized or large company already holds its work in an ERP, a CRM, a ticketing system and a mail server. Each of those holds one part of a process. The steps between them are still done by hand, and that is where time and accuracy are lost.

The Funanga platform is one hosted system that sits above the ones you already run. You connect them once, then define the processes you want to run on top. The platform handles the orchestration, the model calls, the permissions and the record of what happened. Your data and your systems of record stay yours. You subscribe to the platform, and Funanga operates the infrastructure, the models and the monitoring behind it.

What the platform is made ofThe systems a company already runs connect on the left. In the middle the platform brings connectors, a workflow engine, a role and permission model, an audit trail, versioning and observability. On the right it carries AI agents and automation.CONNECTEDERPCRMTicketingMailFUNANGA PLATFORMConnectorsWorkflowRolesAudit trailVersioningObservabilityHosted in the EU, multi-tenant, one subscriptionRUNSAI agentsAutomation

What a subscription includes:

  • Hosting inside the European Union
  • Connectors to the systems you already run
  • A workflow engine for the steps between them
  • Roles and permissions per team and per process
  • An audit trail of every run and every decision
  • Versioning, so a change can be reviewed and rolled back
  • Observability over what ran, what failed and why
  • Support and agreed service levels

Write to commercial@funanga.com with the systems you run today and the process you want to move. The next step is a call to go through both in detail. After that we set up a tenant for you with your connectors in place, so you can run one real process on the platform before a subscription starts.

Two things run on top of the platform. AI agents take over document-heavy knowledge work, with a review step a person on your side owns. Automation covers the deterministic half: triggers, scheduled runs, rules and error handling.
